We want you to be completely satisfied with your STL suit.  For any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we will gladly accept full-priced items that have not been worn, washed or altered, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, all sales are final. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code, are considered “final sale”.

Items must be in sellable condition with original tags and hygiene liners still attached.  We reserve the right to refuse any items that appear soiled/stained or worn, no exceptions.   If this is the case, orders will be sent back to the customer.

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#.  Packages that are refused at time of delivery  ("Returned to Sender") without a RMA# will incur a $25 processing fee deducted from refund.

To coordinate a return/exchange, please contact and follow the instructions below.

  1. Enter your order number in the subject line.

  2. List the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with your reason for return.

  3. Once you receive your RMA# Form, please fill out and include in your package. Please package up your order and its original package contents and take your shipping courier of choice. We suggest you choose a shipping method with tracking information, as we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. You may choose to have us send you a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are exchanging your order, the return shipping is complimentary.


Once approved, we will either exchange or refund your order. Exchanges are based on availability.  In the event that your item is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible.  

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the initial transaction time, minus the shipping charges (if applicable).  Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your bank statement.
