Shipping & Returns
All standard orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays), will be processed the same day and will ship within 1-2 business days. If you placed an order after Friday 2pm EST, your order will begin processing Monday morning. When placing an order on our site, we encourage you to double check that all shipping information is entered correctly and the best contact number is provided to avoid any delays with delivery.
Orders within the U.S are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been processed and accepted, we will notify you that your order is ready for shipping. Our delivery time frame starts at that moment and can take up to 5 business days to receive. Please note that orders shipping to P.O. Boxes/APO addresses will ship via USPS.
We will gladly accept items that have not been worn, washed or altered, with orignial tags and hygiene liner still intact within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, all sales are final. Items purchased from our LAST CALL collection are FINAL SALE. All merchandise that does not meet the above requirements, will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Orders made on our site may be returned for store credit only. A return shipping label can be provided to you, with the shipping rate deducted from your credit note. We encourage you to use this method for your return as your order will be insured. If you wish to use your own method, please use a shipping provider with tracking details. Please note however, that we can not be resposnsible for items that are lost in transit.
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Enter your Order # in the subject line and indicate what product(s) you would like to return.
- Once we receive your request, you will receive a RMA# with a pre-paid shipping label.
- Pack up your items with all original packaging contents within 28 days of receipt and drop off at your nearest UPS facility.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued to you.
We do our best to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect conditions, however, in the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email within three business days of receipt. We will email you a shipping label for you to send back the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. Depending on availability, we will send you a replacement. If the item is unavailable, you will be notified immediately. All goods must meet our return guidelines for an exchange or refund. Items that are damaged due to being worn, are not eligable for a return.
