STL is based in New York where we design, develop and manufacture our collections. We are proud to have aligned ourselves with local artisans that share our brands passion and pursuit for quality and sustainability. Our swimsuits is meticulously crafted by hand in a small, family-owned facility that practice ethical and fair work environments.
ARE YOUR SWIMSUITS SUSTAINABLE?
Yes, all our swim pieces are consciously created using only the finest materials.
Our fabric is sourced from heritage mills in Italy, that are sustainably produced and in line with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
Our gold hardware is made in France of the highest quality materials that are heat resistant, salt & chlorine resistant and in line with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®.
But we didnt stop there...Our hantags, hygiene liners, packaging materials (tissue paper, sticker and wet bags) are also sustainably made.
As we continue to grow, we are committed to doing everything we possibly can to make the best decisions not only for our business, but for our customers and our planet.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE?
Although you do not need to set up an account to order on our site, doing so does have its benefits. With an account, you can view your recent order as well as all previous orders, track the status of your order and receive notifications on new arrivals, private sales and special events.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR SITE?
Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, Inc. The Shopify Platform and network are PCI compliant. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our studio is based in New York and all our orders ship from here. Please allow 1- 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipping. Shipping time frames begin after the order has been successfully processed. Standard ground orders may take anywhere between 1-4 business days. Orders wishing to be expedited must be placed by 12 p.m. EST; orders placed after 12 p.m. ET will ship on the following business day.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has left our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation that will include your tracking number. You may also keep track of all online orders by creating an account with us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If by any chance you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via e-mail and include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will respond within 24 hours to replace the item or offer you a refund. Please note that items damaged as a result of being worn, are not considered a manufacturer default and will not be accepted for a refund or return.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
We are currently shipping to Canada, Australia and some countries within the E.U. International shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Custom duties, taxes and any fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES?
Please contact us immediately in the case that your order was never delivered. We will do our best to track the shipment and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for orders that are postmarked as"delivered"by shipping provider, but never received. We highly suggest purchasing ROUTE, a Package Protection service upon checkout that insures customers with 100% coverage of their order.
WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION IN MY CART?
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost is only around 1.5% of the cart value to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. Please note that the Route Package Protection is not refundable in the case of a return.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes, we will gladly accept full-priced items that have not been worn, washed or altered, with original tags, packaging and hygiene liner intact, within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Original shipping rates and/or Route Package Protection is non-refundable. Please read more about our returns policy here.
CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?
You may return or exchange an item that is purchased on sale or with a promotional code, as long as it is received within our 14 day returns policy, for site credit only.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin your return process and receive your RMA#. Items shipped back without a RMA# will be sent back to the customer.
