WHERE ARE YOUR SWIMSUITS MADE?
STL is based in New York where we design, develop and manufacture our collections. We are proud to have aligned ourselves with local artisans that share our brands passion and pursuit for quality and sustainability. Our swimsuits is meticulously crafted by hand in a small, family-owned facility that practice ethical and fair work environments.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?
Our sizing is based on a numeric scale from 0-4, which is similar to standard sizes equivalent to XS-XL. Our suits run true to size, however if you are in-between sizes, we suggest sizing up. We have set up a sizing chart as a guide to help you determine the right size or we encourage you to contact us and we would be more than happy to assist you with finding the right fit.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY STL SUIT?
Our swimsuits are made to last and to lengthen the life of your swimsuit, hand washing it in cold water with a mild detergent and laying flat to dry is our recommended care.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR SITE?
We accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.
Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, Inc. The Shopify Platform and network are PCI compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) was founded to help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
DO GIFT CARDS OR MERCHANDISE CREDIT EXPIRE?
No. Gift cards and/or merchandise credit has no expiration date.
WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES?
Please contact us immediately in the case that your order was never delivered. Unfortunately, we can not be held responsible for orders that are postmarked as "delivered" by shipping provider, but never received. We highly suggest purchasing ROUTE, a Package Protection service upon checkout that insures customers with 100% coverage of their order.
WHAT IS ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION IN MY SHOPPING BAG?
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price. The cost is only around 1.5% of the cart value to fully protect your package in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. Please note that the Route Package Protection is not refundable in the case of a return.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If by chance you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately and include your order number and a picture of the damaged item. We will respond within 24 hours to replace the item or offer you a refund. Please note that items damaged as a result of being worn, are not considered a manufacturer default and will not be accepted for a refund or return.
