Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Although you do not need to set up an account to order on our site, doing so does have its benefits.  With an account, you can view your recent order as well as all previous orders, track the status of your order and receive notifications on new arrivals, private sales and special events.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your STL suit.  We will gladly accept full-priced items that have not been worn, washed or altered, with all original tags and hygiene liner attached, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Items marked "final sale" are not eligible for a return or exchange.  Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more Infomation.

How do your swimsuits fit? How do I know what size to order?
We strive to create the most flattering and perfect fit with our suits. Our swimwear should feel snug, but not squeezing, when on. What is "bonded" fabrication?
Some of our suits are made with a fabric that uses a special technique to unite two strands of fabric melding them together.  This creates a thicker more constructed material which has impeccable shape retention, and provides superior support, yet is still quick-drying.  

Is it safe to order from your online store?
Yes, purchasing from our online store is extremely safe and secure. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, Inc.  The Shopify Platform and network are PCI compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) was founded to help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, American Express and Discover. You may also pay using Pay Pal and After Pay. (Afterpay allows you to pay off your order in 4 easy instalments, 100% interest-free.  This method does not affect how your order is accepted, it is processed the same way any other order would.)

Do you deliver worldwide? How much is shipping? 
We ship to most International countries. If you don't see your country listed on our checkout page, then we do not ship to that region. We are working on expanding our global delivery.  

We offer a flat rate fee of $35 to all International Orders, via Fed Ex Priority International.  International Orders over $500, are shipped complimentary.  Returns, Duties, Taxes and other Customs Fees that may incur, however, are the responsibility of the customer.  Read more about our Shipping & Returns Policy.

What if an item is out of stock or sold out?
As a small, independent brand, we believe in producing in a slower and limited production pace.  This ensures each piece is carefully hand-crafted while being mindful of our carbon footprint.  With this in mind, we may only produce a style in limited quantities and not restock that item in the future.
