Orders & Delivery
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, during the hours of 9am-5pm (excluding holidays). When placing an order on our site, we encourage you to double check that all shipping information is entered correctly and the best contact number is provided to avoid any delays with your delivery. You can also opt to receive updates via text message.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately to make any neccesary changes to your order.
If you place an order for an item that is on pre-order, your credit card will be charged for the full value of the merchandise. Pre Orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks for delivery, however we will notify you if any delays may occur.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Once your order is processed and accepted, we will notify you that your order is ready for shipping. Our delivery time frame starts at that moment.
All orders are subject to the shipping costs which are calculated at checkout. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Complimentary Ground Shipping on orders over $150 / Delivery in 2-5 working days. Orders under $150 / flat rate $9
Express Shipping 2nd Day $18 / Delivery in 2 working days.
Overnight Shipping $30 / Delivery in 1 working day.
Orders placed after 2pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. For Express and Overnight Shipping, orders need to be placed before 12pm EST to ship out the same day.
Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US Territories.
International Delivery (DELIVERY MAY BE DELAYED)
Complimentary Shipping on orders over $300 / delivery 3-5 working days.
International Orders under $300 -$30 flat rate / Delivery 3-5 working days
( transit times are estimated and may vary due to travel/weather and customs delays. All duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
Sale items marked 40% or higher cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Care purchases are non-refundable or transferable.
For any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we will gladly accept items that have not been worn, washed or altered, with original tags and hygiene liner still intact, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, all sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse any item that doesn't fall within our return guidelines or may appear to be soiled, stained or worn.
Please note you are responsible for the return shipping and we highly encourage you to obtain a proof of shipping in the form of a tracking number, as Series The Label is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us.
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment at time of purchase. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
To coordinate your return/exchange, please contact email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line and indicate whether your item is a return or exchange in your email. You will receive a RA# from us that you need to include in your package.
Our payments are securely processed through Shopify.
