Orders & Shipping

STL offers complimentary ground shipping on U.S orders* (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) over $150 and $300 for Int'l Orders. Expedited (2day) or next-day shipping is available for an additional charge and calculated during checkout.

Please allow 1- 2 business days for our team to process and prepare standard orders for shipping.  Shipping time frames begin after the order has been successfully processed.  Orders wishing to be expedited must be placed by 12 p.m. EST; orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will ship on the following business day. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

ORDER INSURANCE WITH ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION - Route Package Protection is a low cost, optional add-on available at checkout, with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages. STL is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once they have left our facility.  Please note that the Route Package Protection is not refundable in the case of a return. 
If your purchased RPP and you need to file a claim, please do so directly though their website at help.route.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We are currently shipping to Canada, South America, Australia and some countries within the E.U.  Orders over $300USD are shipped complimentary.  International shipping fees that may apply to your order are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout based on your destination.  Series The Label is not responsible for delivery delays due to packages held at customs. All custom duties, taxes and any fees that may apply once your order arrives to your country, are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you neglect to accept your package or refuse any duties or custom fees that may apply to your order and your order is sent back to us, return shipping fees that apply and/or any other fees related with your order, will be billed to you.

PREORDERS - Pre-Order items are available in small quantities and appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Bag" on the product page.  An estimated delivery window for each item is located within the description.  If delays may occur, we will notify you immediately via the e-mail you provide during checkout. Once your preordered item(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
