All standard orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays), will be processed the same day and will ship within 1-2 business days. If you placed an order after Friday 2pm EST, your order will begin processing Monday morning. When placing an order on our site, we encourage you to double check that all shipping information is entered correctly as we are not liable for missing parcels if incorrect shipping details are entered.
We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S orders over $300, otherwise shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders within the U.S are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is also available upon checkout for an additional charge. Once your order has been processed and accepted, we will notify you that your order is ready for shipping. Our delivery time frame starts at that moment and can take up to 5 business days to receive. Please note that orders shipping to P.O. Boxes/APO addresses will ship via USPS.
Complimentary Shipping is available to all International orders over 350USD otherwise there is a flat-rate delivery charge of 35USD. All duties, taxes and other applicable fees are the responsibilty of the customer.
Pre-Orders are charged a deposit of 30% to reserve and secure your item. The estimated delivery window for each item is located on the product page beneath the description. We will remain in communication with you to let you know the status of your order. Once your pre-ordered item(s) is ready to ship, you will receive a notification to complete the balance payment. If you wish to cancel or change a Pre-Ordered Item, please do so within 48hrs of placing your order by contacting us at email@example.com. Once a Pre-Order Collection has ended and production is in process, orders cannot be cancelled or ammended.
Gift Cards are delivered electronically and have no expiration date. Gift Card purchases are non-refundable nor transferable.
