We want you to be completely satisfied with your STL Swimsuit. We will gladly accept items that have not been worn, washed or altered, with original tags, packaging and hygiene liner intact, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. After 14 days, all sales are considered final. Sale Items and items purchased with a promotional code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
To start you return please fill out the form below. Once we receive your request, we will send you a Returns Form and RMA# to include with your order. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a trackable method, as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. For domestic orders, we can provide you with a returns shipping label for your convenience and deduct $8 from your refund. All merchandise that does not meet the above requirements, will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund, minus shipping fees if applicable, will be issued. Please allow 5-8 business days for refund to appear in your bank statement.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, style or color, please contact us below and state EXCHANGE in your message. Depending on availability, we will ship out the correct item as soon as we receive and inspect your return. Merchandise must meet above requirements for exchange otherwise they will not be accepted and returned to the customer. Return shipping fees for exchanges are complimentary. This service applies once, per order.
We do our best to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect conditions, however, in the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email within three business days of receipt. We will email you a shipping label for you to send back the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. Depending on availability, we will send you a replacement. If the item is unavailable, you will be notified immediately. All goods must meet our return guidelines for an exchange or refund. Items that are damaged due to being worn, are not eligible for a return.
