RETURNS POLICY - DOMESTIC ORDERS
Returns shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund should you use the return label that is provided for you. For returns from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and all associated duties and fees.
For Full Priced Items: Your refund will be processed on the original payment method used at time of transaction or you may choose 110% merchandise credit. Original shipping fees and or Route Package Protection are non-refundable. Refund processing times may take up 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- Please email RETURNS@SERIESTHELABEL.COM with your order number in the subject line to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.
- Please drop off your package as soon as possible, as items must be postmarked for return within our 14 days policy. Refunds will not be issued for any returns received past 14 days.
- We will notify you by email about your refund once your return has been received and processed by our team.
- if you decide to use your own shipping service, please choose a courier that is able to track your package as we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed or missing.

EXCHANGES - If you need to make an exchange, please contact us at RETURNS@SERIESTHELABEL.COM. Please include your order number in the subject line along with the item you wish to exchange. If available, we will send you a complimentary returns label to ship back your item. Exchanges typically take 1-2 business days to process before they ship from our studio.
SALE ITEMS + PROMOTIONAL CODES - Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code may be exchanged or returned for site credit only, with the exception of items marked FINAL SALE which are not eligible for a return or exchange. This policy does not apply to first-time customers who have used our 10% Welcoming Offer at time of checkout.
GIFT CARD SALES - Our electronic gift cards are non-refundable or transferable.
FAULTY + DAMAGED GOODS - We do our best to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect conditions, however, in the event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email within three business days of receipt.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All international orders are FINAL SALE.
