DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 1- 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipping.  Shipping time frames begin after the order has been successfully processed.  Orders wishing to be expedited must be placed by 12 p.m. EST; orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will ship on the following business day.  We do not process nor ship orders on weekends or on holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping fee is a flat rate of $50 USD.  Customer is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and any fees that apply to your order when it arrives to your country. If you refuse to accept your package and your order is sent back to us, return shipping fees and any other fees related with your order, will be deducted from your refund. Delivery times are estimate and are not guaranteed, as Series The Label can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by weather, transit or packages held at customs.

 

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns on full-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Eligible items must be returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with all original packaging, tags and hygiene liner attached. 

Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code may be returned for merchandise credit only. Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.  (see terms below) 

We recommend you try on swimwear over undergarments.  Items that appear to be soiled, stained or marked, will be shipped back at the customers expense. Series the Label reserves the right to refuse items that do not meet our criteria listed above.

At this time, returns are only accepted on US Orders via our returns portal.

Once items are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming your return. 

 

For International Returns, please contact returns@seriesthelabel.com for assistance. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund. 

 

EXCHANGES 

We can no longer offer exchanges.  If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with ordering your desired item to ensure availability and then initiating a return.

 

REFUNDS

Only full-priced items are refundable via original payment method. Your refund (minus original shipping fees and/or Route Package protection), can take up to 14 days to process and appear on your bank statement.  

 

SALE

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are non-refundable and may be returned for merchandise credit only, given that the eligible items meet our return criteria listed above.  Items marked as "Final Sale" in product description are non-refundable or returnable.  Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

 

PREORDERS

Preorder items appear with the option to "Preorder" rather than "Add to Bag" on the product page.  Preorder are charged immediately with an estimated delivery window for each item located within the description. If your order consists of "preorder" and "stock" merchandise, your order will ship out once preorder items are available.  If you would like stock items available sooner please place separate orders.  Should there be unforeseen delays with your preorder, we will notify you immediately via email.  

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

In the case that you ordered an incorrect item(s) or wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer care team immediately to resolve.  Orders that have been fulfilled and have dispatched our studio can not amended and must be processed as a return upon receiving.
