We currently ship to the Continental U.S and to most International Countries.
Standard Orders take 1-2 business days for processing and are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm, will be processed the following business day. We offer complimentary ground shipping via USPS within the Continental U.S If you prefer to expedite your shipping, you may choose this option at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders are typically shipped the same day as long as the order is placed before 12pm EST. Shipment times are estimates and Series the Label, LLC. can not be held responsible for any unanticipated delays due to weather or travel. If you placed an order on PREORDER or WAITLIST, delivery estimates are listed on the individual product page.
Although we do our very best to keep track of our inventory, in some cases, items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of any delays, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible. Please ensure that delivery information is accurate when placing and order as we can not redirect shipments. Orders can not be shipped to a P.O Box or APO/FPO address. Orders that have been fully processed can not be canceled or adjusted.
For all New York orders, a sales tax of 8.875% will apply.

International orders are shipped using FEDEX Priority Mail and typically arrive within 5 business days, however, transit times are estimate and may vary due to travel/weather and custom delays. Series The Label, LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties or fees incurred on international orders. We suggest checking with your local customs office about duties and fees that may apply to you. In the event you refuse to accept your package at customs, or package is undeliverable, you are responsible for all original shipping charges as well as the cost to return the package to our New York Studio. Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the amount of the merchandise minus shipping/processing fees.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your STL suit. For any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we will gladly accept full-priced items that have not been worn, washed or altered, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, all sales are final. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code, are considered “final sale”.
Items must be in sellable condition with original tags and hygiene liners still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any items that appear soiled/stained or worn, no exceptions. If this is the case, orders will be sent back to the customer.
Returns will not be accepted without a RMA#. Packages that are refused at time of delivery ("Returned to Sender") without a RMA# will incur a $25 processing fee deducted from refund.

List the item(s) you wish to return or exchange along with your reason for return.
Once you receive your RMA# Form, please fill out and include in your package. Please package up your order and its original package contents and take your shipping courier of choice. We suggest you choose a shipping method with tracking information, as we can not be held responsible for packages that are lost in transit. You may choose to have us send you a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund amount. If you are exchanging your order, the return shipping is complimentary.
Once approved, we will either exchange or refund your order. Exchanges are based on availability. In the event that your item is not available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the initial transaction time, minus the shipping charges (if applicable). Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed and appear on your bank statement.
